Cancellation Policy

Should cancellation or amendment of your booking occur for whatever reason, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Cancellation or amendment 60 days prior to the booking arrival date, made by either party, will allow for a full refund of the deposit

• Cancellation or amendment made less than 60 days prior to the booking arrival date, will only receive a refund of the deposit if the accommodation is re-let for the reserved time

• Any cancellation or amendment between 14 and 30 days prior to the booking arrival date will forgo any deposits paid

• Cancellation or amendment less than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date will forgo any refund

• Refunds will be processed promptly and will be made by the same method that you made the payment

Guests are required to take out personal travel insurance.
